MaryAnn Hegner, a 23-year bartender in the Disneyland Hotel was unjustly fired last week. Union officials file charges with the National Labor Relations Board, claiming retaliation for her union activity.

Hegner said she was fired over Memorial Day weekend for allegedly using profanity on the job, an allegation she vehemently denies. When Hegner was hired, she was one of the first two female bartenders in the Disneyland Hotel.
